middag, verschenen vóór ons Gummarus Boeckmans, schepen, gedelegeerden ambtenaar
van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Gheel, arrondissement Turnhout, provincie
Antwerpen, Augustinus Govaerts, koperslager, oud negen en dertig jaren, en Joannes
Cornelis, herbergier, oud vijf en dertig jaren, beiden alhier wonende eerste wijk,
geburen des overledene, ons verklarende dat Dymphna Caers,
zonder beroep, alhier wonende en er geboren den veertienden maart achttienhonderd
tien, dochter van wijlen Franciscus Caers en wijlen Anna Maria Cools, (weduwenaar)
zeg, weduwe van Joannes Casimirus Schooffs, overleden is gisteren om elf ure 's
avonds ten woonhuize der weduwe Vital Schooffs, alhier herbergierster eerste wijk.
Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan deze akt door ons ten
gemeentehuize in dubbel is opgemaakt en na voorlezing geteekend met de declaranten.

In the year thousand eight hundred and eighty, on eight April at ten hours before noon, appeared before us, Gummarus Boeckmans, councillor, acting officer of the Civil Registry of the municipality of Gheel, district of Turnhout, Antwerp province, Augustinus Govaerts, coppersmith, thirty nine years old, and Joannes Cornelis, innkeeper, thirty five, both resident in section one of this municipality, neighbours of the deceased, having declared that Dymphna Caers, without profession, resident of and being born in this municipality on fourteen March eighteen hundred ten, daughter of the late Franciscus Caers and the late Anna Maria Cools, widower, that is to say, widow of Joannes Casimirus Schooffs, passed away yesterday at eleven hours in the evening in the house of the widow Vital Schooffs, innkeeper in section one. We have confirmed the demise as mentioned, a record of which was compiled in double at the town hall, and signed with the declarants after reading.
